Confidentiality Statement


At Venture Care, we place a major emphasis on maintaining confidentiality of Client information and Information Security Management. The following are key features of our Confidentiality Agreement, applicable to all our clients.

i) We do not disclose any information pertaining to our Clients to any third parties.
ii) We do not use our Clients identity or Clients brand for our marketing purposes, without their written consent.
iii) We never provide our Client's name or Client's information to other prospective clients for marketing purposes.
iv) We do not sell or disclose our Client list or Client Information to third parties.

Confidentiality Agreement

It is understood and agreed to that a Venture Care Client may provide certain information that is and must be kept confidential. To ensure the protection of such information, and to preserve any confidentiality necessary under patent and/or trade secret laws, it is agreed that:



1. The Confidential Information to be disclosed can be described as and includes Invention description(s), technical and business information relating to proprietary ideas and inventions, ideas, patentable ideas, trade secrets, drawings and/or illustrations, patent searches, existing and/or contemplated products and services, research and development, production, costs, profit and margin information, finances and financial projections, customers, clients, marketing, and current or future business plans and models, regardless of whether such information is designated as "Confidential Information" at the time of its disclosure.
2. Venture Care shall limit disclosure of Confidential Information within its own organization to its directors, officers, partners, members, employees and/or independent contractors (collectively referred to as "affiliates") having a need to know. Venture Care and affiliates will not disclose the confidential information obtained from the discloser unless required to do so by law.
3. This Agreement imposes no obligation upon Venture Care with respect to any Confidential Information

  • that was in Venture Care possession before receipt from Venture Care Client
  • Is or becomes a matter of public knowledge through no fault of Venture Care
  • Is rightfully received by Venture Care from a third party not owing a duty of confidentiality to the Venture Care Client
  • Is disclosed without a duty of confidentiality to a third party by, or with the authorization of Venture Care
  • Is public knowledge or the information is available in public domain
  • Is independently derived by Venture Care

4. This Agreement states the entire agreement between Venture Care and Venture Care Client concerning the disclosure of Confidential Information. Any addition or modification to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by the parties.
5. If any of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Agreement as a whole.
6. You are solely responsible any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.

Confidentiality and Use of Materials

By accessing this website, you agree to keep all materials confidential. You agree not to disseminate or otherwise provide any material obtained from the Standards website to any person not currently an Authorized User as defined under this Agreement. Prohibited dissemination includes, but is not limited to, publishing or posting content to other websites or any listserves. Any non-confidential use must be authorized in writing and in advance by either the author of the document

Welcome to venture-care.com. This website is owned and operated by Venture Care Private Limited, 4th floor, D-wing, Raj tower, Katraj, Pune 411046 Maharashtra, INDIA. By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as 'User Agreement'), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section below for more information). We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications.

Responsible Use and Conduct

  1.     • Impersonates any person or entity, including any www.venture-care.com employees or representatives.
    • We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with this User Agreement, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.
  7. We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn't violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of www.VENTURE-CARE.com, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described, and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless venture-care.com a digital property of Venture Care Private Limited and its parent company and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfil any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

Limittation of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

Cancellation And Refund

Cancellation of order is not possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by VENTURE-CARE Private Limited.

Terms Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India applicable to agreements made and to be performed in India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Venture-Care.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in India. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Venture-Care.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Venture-Care.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Refund Policy


Venture Care is committed to a high level of client service. This includes clearly communicating the costs associated with the service and the process we use to facilitate payment of fees. Below, please find our process for refund of money for incomplete services.



When a payment of fee is made to Venture Care, the fees paid in advance are not earned in advance. Rather, they are retained by Venture Care in a client trust account. While in the client trust account they remain the client's money. Venture Care will earn the fees upon working on a client's matter. These fees accrue at different rates and times depending on the performance of service (e.g. obtaining Digital Signature, obtaining DIN, Name Approval, Filing, etc.,). If the client's service order is completed and there are outstanding fees and costs and no monies in the client's trust account, the client may receive a final invoice from Venture Care of these final fees and costs. Alternatively, if the client's matter is completed and all outstanding fees and costs are paid, and monies still remain in the client's trust account, those monies are considered unearned fees. In the event of case completion, Venture Care will promptly return all the remaining unearned fees to the client. In case, after completion of the services, there is balance fee to be paid by the client, Venture Care will raise an invoice and the balance payment will be due immediately.



Refunds are separate from the normal, above process of paying, retaining, earning, and returning service fees. Rather, refunds are typically the result of an incomplete service, accounting error, or other issues relating to the service.



Venture Care processes all written requests for refunds. Venture Care will review the entire contents of the client's physical, electronic, and billing file when processing the request. Within thirty (30) days, our firm will send a written response denying the request, requesting more information, or granting the request. The decision as to the response remains completely within the discretion of Venture Care. Ultimately, at Venture Care we would like to avoid the need of ever having to consider a refund. However, we are always aiming to be as transparent in our representation as possible. So we encourage our clients to ask their questions or communicate their concerns to our office immediately. We will then try to answer or address immediately. Such a process also permits our Company to continue to grow and improve its services.



Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products/services with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the product page or services agreement of each product/services. We don't guarantee that our products/services are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
